Position Description
As a member of our Technical Server Support team, you will provide technical assistance for Reynolds application servers and related computer equipment, including electronic document management systems and customer-facing kiosks. Support is provided 24/7, primarily by phone, to both customers and Reynolds field technicians.nIn this role, you will develop and maintain a strong level of technical expertise in server hardware, Linux, and proprietary software, while also evaluating new technologies. You will have the opportunity to recommend improvements to existing documentation and systems to enhance reliability.
