Main Responsibilities
Lead commercial hunting activities including prospecting, customer needs assessment, cross-selling identification, and value proposition; steer segment-focused solution/ portfolio launches, promotion and strategic pricing approaches with early‑customer activation
Drive marketing and business development initiatives by translating competitive and whitespace insights into targeted campaigns and commercial tactics; plan and execute market activations (roadshows, tech-days, strategic alliances) to promote Covestro TPU solutions and strengthen positioning
