• Act as a subject matter expert for the customer on product requirements, functioning as the point-of-contact for all technical matters for customers and sales
• Identify and establish new business opportunities and customer base in the international markets
• Provide pre-sales support and technical assistance to sales
• Be familiar with current and future technology roadmaps and to work closely with technological partners
• Identify customer’s needs and provide advice on necessary product specifications
