Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage potential clients needing warehouse storage solutions.
2. Conduct Site assessments and clients’ consultations to determine the best fit racking systems
3. Recommend, design and present racking layout solutions including pallet racks, shelving, mezzanines, and other warehouse structures
4. Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical drawings and cost estimates
5. Coordinate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of solutions
6. Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
8. Provide product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations when required
