Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform steady‑state and transient fire water hydraulic analysis for fire water (FW) networks.
- Evaluate and validate the performance of fire water systems under various operating scenarios.
- Review and approve vendor documentation related to fire protection systems, clean agent fire suppression systems, deluge systems, fire monitors and associated equipment.
- Prepare and verify deluge system layouts and fire monitor coverage drawings to ensure adequate protection coverage.
- Ensure all fire protection designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Identify potential safety risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including process, mechanical, and instrumentation engineers.
