**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the customer in ensuring reliable and cost-effective operations.
- Advise the customer's technical staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work, procedures for maintenance programs and ground support equipment, and implementation of modifications.
- Conduct field missions according to customer needs.
- On-site replacement of defective components.
- Manage maintenance and/or repairs.
- Implement upgrades.
- Provide advice to the local operator to enable daily improvements and increased performance.
- Support for equipment supplied to the customer, maintenance plans.
**Requirements**:
- Complete technical education in MMA or Engineering degree.
- Solid experience with Airbus Helicopters products (H125, H130, H135, H145, H160, H175).
- Experience/training with the H160 will be a plus.
- CHT in CEL and active GMP.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading).
