Job Description
- Possess minimum Diploma In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- >3 years of hiring in-house or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track records of hiring technical functions
- Self-motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player
- Able to interact with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, Linkedin, referrals, and direct reachout.
- Participate and render support in campus recruitment, career fairs etc.
