The role is fully candidate-facing, requiring clear communication, sound judgment, and comfort working with ATS platforms in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do

• Carry out candidate screenings and provide assessments of skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to clients, prioritizing quality over quantity
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail
• Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals
