Job Description
Overview of the Role
The Technical Recruiter (Officer level) will support day‑to‑day hiring for IT roles within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal team member has hands‑on experience recruiting for technical roles and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
Major Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening
- Create and implement sourcing initiatives to reach potential candidates
- Source candidates for Technical Roles (Service Desk, QA, Developers, Network/Infra support, etc.) using job boards like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, referrals, etc.
- Endorsed qualified candidates to hiring managers promptly
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during hiring events.
- Coordinate and implement tech job fair initiatives
