Je zit midden in het proces, maar jouw focus ligt op de verwerking en controle.

  • Je verwerkt en controleert inkoopaanvragen in het systeem 
  • Je zet aanvragen om naar purchase orders (PO’s) in SAP 
  • Je past PO’s aan zodat alles klopt met de werkelijkheid 
  • Je boekt leveringen correct binnen 
  • Je controleert gegevens, prijzen en specificaties 
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat ze worden opgelost 
  • Je stemt af met interne collega’s en leveranciers om alles kloppend te krijgen 

    • Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat de administratie rondom inkoop waterdicht is.

    Hoe ziet jouw week eruit?
