Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 2 years of experience managing technical programs or software engineering projects specifically within AI/ML, Generative AI, or data infrastructure.
• Experience in technical program management and project planning.

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience leading Generative AI programs or projects.
• Deep expertise and opinionated point of view on program management techniques, responsibilities, and outcomes.
• Technical proficiency is sufficient to earn the trust of engineering teams and to exert consequential technical influence over the management of risk, schedule, and scope.
