The Technical Product Owner is a permanent, full‑time role based in Llandysul, with some flexible working from home.

The role is responsible for owning and driving the vision for our Dashboarding platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as a conduit between business stakeholders, clients and the Engineering Team
• Work with clients to build the strategic Product Roadmap
• Be responsible for gathering requirements from the clients and other business stakeholders
• Prioritise the backlog regularly, with input from clients and stakeholders
• Define the Product Vision and Strategy
• Build the strategic Product Roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business stakeholders to create User Stories, Technical Stories and Epics
• Oversee the continuous improvement of the Product, via regular incremental enhancements based on client needs
• Help the team improve their agile maturity
