Role Purpose

Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes for the Digital Asset Custody platform, including backlog ownership, phased roadmap execution, and cross‑vendor coordination. The role acts as the single delivery authority ensuring secure, compliant, and timely go‑live of the custody platform within a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own custody MVP and phased roadmap covering retail and corporate custody use cases
• Translate the custody operating model into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Drive prioritisation and dependency management across Ripple, cloud infrastructure, security, and channel teams
• Act as the single delivery authority across external vendors and internal ADCB technology and business teams
• Own go‑live readiness, including operational controls, cutover planning, regulatory conditions, and risk sign‑offs
