Job Description

Technical Paraplanner - Colchester

Our client is looking for a Technical Paraplanner to support the operation of the East Anglia Hub, working alongside the independent financial advisers to create and recommend financial plans that meet client needs. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients. 

  • Undertake complex client specific analysis such as CGT assessment and reporting, target funding and IHT evaluation using appropriate software to provide detailed information. 

  • Independently write new sustainability reports and complete technical research to a high standard for all new business including: Offshore Bonds, Onshore/Offshore Bond tax calculations, pension tapered annual allowance calculations, CGT calculations, IHT calculations, BR/AIM/EIS/VCT/DGT & Trust investments, SIPP/SSAS.
