Technical officer 
Scherp inkopen en ervoor zorgen dat al onze lease auto’s in de beste technische staat verkeren.Het is binnen handbereik met deze functie als technical officer in Machelen (Hybride). We are Operations within Athlon. Getting you there.

Linksom of rechtsom, jij combineert feilloos jouw technische autokennis met (telefonisch) contact en het uitvoeren van administratieve taken. Dit lukt je als technical officer met volledige focus op:

  • het voeren van telefonische contacten met garages en leveranciers.

  • het geven van akkoorden op herstelaanvragen, controle prijzen (onderdelen & handwerk) en frequentie volgens onderhoudsschema (MRT-platform en per mail).

  • het opvolgen van de panne dossiers: Wat is de status van de herstelling? Wat is de verwachte termijn? Doen er zich problemen voor? Hoe zit het met de vervangwagen?
