The role is responsible for coordinating the purchase and delivery of spares, stores, and services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that vessels receive the required materials on time and within budget. The Technical Officer plays a key part in maintaining smooth communication between ship and shore, supporting repairs, surveys, and cost tracking activities to ensure vessels operate safely, efficiently, and economically.
