We are looking for a Technical Monitoring Specialist to provide 24/7 monitoring of our payment gateways, processing systems, and APIs. You will ensure system availability, detect issues early, and coordinate incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor availability, performance, and security of payment systems and APIs
• Detect and expand incidents in real-time
• Coordinate with engineering teams on issue resolution
• Maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts
• Document incidents and contribute to post-mortem reviews

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical monitoring or NOC operations
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
• Understanding of API and web service architectures
• Ability to work in shift rotations (24/7 coverage)
