Technical Manager

Location: Bloomberg HQ, City of London

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead all engineering and compliance activities on a single, high‑profile static commercial site in the City of London.

The role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of hard services, providing technical leadership to the on‑site engineering team, and acting as the key point of contact for all technical matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on‑site technical leadership across electrical and mechanical services.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Act as the site lead for HV/LV operations, ensuring works are carried out in line with company procedures and legislation.
  • Support and manage Authorised Persons and engineering staff on site.
  • Maintain and update Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS.
