• Ensuring Lotus’s brand food products legality, safety and quality.
• Managing and coaching food factories to achieve better compliance on food safety standard.
• To deliver safe, legal and good quality Lotus’s own brand food products, which are sourced from suppliers with food safety standards and ethical labour standards.
• To ensure products and suppliers meeting legal requirement, all company policy and procedures.
• To manage suppliers’ performance and standard in accordance with business strategic direction and business due diligence process.
• Being the guardians of own brand integrity and reputation, the subject matter expertise in dedicated product category.
• To organize and prepare sensory session with internal team during product development, gather feedback and work closely with suppliers to get the right product quality, right taste profile.
