The Technical Lead is responsible for leading installation standards, technical execution, and on-site problem solving across the company’s curtain and blinds projects.

This role goes beyond installation work. The Technical Lead acts as the bridge between sales, operations, factory, and installers to ensure projects are completed smoothly, professionally, and according to company standards.

The Technical Lead is expected to lead by example, maintain quality control, train installers, and reduce costly mistakes or rework.

• Handle complex curtain, blinds, motorised, and custom installation projects
• Provide technical solutions for difficult site conditions
• Ensure installation standards are maintained across all teams
• Conduct measurements and technical checks when required
