Our client is looking for a Technical Lead (Engineer III) to join their team in Irving, TX. We are looking for a hands-on Engineer III who operates as Technical Lead—someone who can both architect within guardrails and execute in code. You are responsible for the technical roadmap of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our Salesforce integrations, frontend architecture, and deployment pipelines are world-class. You establish the standards for TDD (Test-Driven Development), automation, and AI adoption.
You’ll play a critical role in advancing the client's E-Commerce and Marketing technology ecosystem, leading technical solution design and guiding a cross-functional engineering pod across platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), MuleSoft, and modern CMS tools.
