Job Description – Tech Lead (Python) Role Overview We are looking for a Tech Lead (Backend-focused) who will drive end-to-end backend architecture and delivery, while enabling select GenAI capabilities (RAG, LLM integrations) within solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical ownership, system design, and team guidance, with minor GenAI exposure. Key Responsibilities 1.
