Key Responsibilities

System and portfolio analysis to identify migration and/or improvement recommendations

Design and perform system management (including health checks), installations and configuration management, server/content management, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, security and license management, performance monitoring and management activities

Provide administration and operations support

Interface with users and systems engineers to resolve technical and user problems

Oversee Change Management activities on supported systems

Perform capacity planning, COB testing, and disaster recovery planning and design as applicable

Recommend changes to procedures that result in operational optimization

Participate in root‑cause analysis reviews when applicable

Work closely with application teams
