Key Responsibilities: Staff members of the High-Speed workshop should receive professional technological advice and assistance. Plan and work with several departments to coordinate staffing requirements. Keep thorough records of all parts, tests, and inspections. Verify that all work satisfies safety requirements and quality standards. As needed, assist the Sales and Parts departments with technical problems. Qualifications: Mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering diplomas are available. More than five years of experience in 4-stroke diesel engine rebuilding at high speeds. Strong technical proficiency and attributes of leadership. Outstanding communication and organising abilities.
