Key Responsibilities:

• Design Ownership: Translate high-end design sketches into flawless 2D/3D CAD packages and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Master the Craft: Engineer advanced wooden frames, luxury suspension systems, foam density profiles, and meticulous upholstery tailoring.
• Bridge to Production: Oversee prototyping on the factory floor, troubleshooting structural and ergonomic challenges before mass manufacturing.
