Job Description
Front line of the FM Team in attending to faults and complaints.
Provide supervision to ensure works and services under the contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.
Assist the Assistant Building Manager (Hard & Soft) in supervising subcontractors and specialists.
Updating of field data to the CMMS system.
About YouMinimum 3 years of relevant experience with a Diploma in Building, Technical or Facilities Management; or
Strong handsβon experience (at least 8 years) in facilities / property operations.
Comfortable working on rotating shifts to support operational coverage (no overnight shifts; latest shift ends at 11pm).
