Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Leadership
  • Translate client briefs into technical solutions (AV lighting staging rigging LED power distribution etc.).
  • Develop technical concepts layouts and production strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations warehouse and external suppliers.
  • Oversee site inspections and technical feasibility assessments.
  • (As required) Lead end-to-end technical event project delivery.
• Estimation & Commercial Management
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and quotations.
  • Conduct technical costing for labour equipment logistics and subcontractors.
  • Ensure margin control and commercial viability of projects.
  • Participate in client budget discussions and value engineering.
