Job Description
Detailed Job Description 1. Technical Coordination
- Review architectural structural and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies and technical issues.
- Raise RFIs technical queries and ensure clarifications are properly recorded and communicated.
- Coordinate with consultants design engineers BIM team production and site teams.
- Prepare element breakdown (EB) based on project requirements and structural drawings.
- Categorize precast elements (walls slabs beams columns stairs façade panels hollowcore etc.) with correct numbering sequencing and orientation.
- Ensure EB aligns with production capacity lifting feasibility and erection sequence.
- Review precast shop drawings GA drawings reinforcement details and embed layouts prepared by BIM teams.
