Location: Huntsville, AL 35801 On-Site
Clearance: Active Top Secret (required)
Reports to: CEO / Ownership
Compensation: 200-300K+ (depends on education, experience, skills, etc)
Position Overview
We are seeking a corporate Technical Director to lead the technical direction of our Command & Control (C2), fire control, and battle management portfolio. This position is responsible for setting architecture, elevating internal engineering talent, and serving as a trusted technical authority to customers.
The role is focused on day-to-day technical work while emphasizing technical leadership, mentorship, and customer-facing credibility, with hands-on engagement in high-impact areas.
