Job Description
General
- Support the Regional Director with the following:
- MEP project delivery
- Client satisfaction
- Job profitability
- Job cash flow
- Project quality
- Technical content of projects
- QAQC of projects
- Be experienced and proficient at:
- Presenting to clients
- Preparing client/project proposals
- Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees where possible
- Overseeing recruitment of staff
- Resolving staff issues
- Have the capacity to be responsible for the technical content of submissions and to define process to achieve the required results.
- Have the capacity to define design process and standardisation of documentation including calculations specifications reports.
- Have the capacity to lead MEP on high profile projects.
