Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Lead the in-house Riding Teams, designed to support technical projects and maintenance onboard our vessels. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective planning, training, deployment, and oversight of multi-disciplinary riding teams, in close collaboration with the shipboard and shoreside technical teams, including drydock projects.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Technical Superintendents to develop detailed scopes of work for riding team relevant onboard technical annual and drydock works and projects.
  • Plan and execute the deployment and scheduling of riding teams in accordance with vessel itineraries and project timelines.
  • Ensure riding teams are adequately trained, equipped, and certified for their specific areas of responsibility.
