Overview

Your Role As a Gensler Technical Designer, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with a focus on project delivery and an understanding of how to produce functionally beautiful designs for our clients. You will help drive delivery of a project, collaborate with office and regional technical leaders and develop delivery and process improvement strategy. You have exceptional design skills, a background in architecture or design, and a portfolio of innovative project work.

What You Will Do

• Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production.
• Perform technical design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
