Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Property Processing
  • Manage end-to-end technical documentation, including property acquisition and title transfer under the developer’s name
  • Monitor and process transfer and registration requirements (CGT, DST, transfer tax, registration fees)
  • Handle documentation such as Deed of Absolute Sale (DOA), estate tax processing, and mortgage cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and tracking of titles and tax declarations
