- 15+ years overall with proven experience leading large delivery teams of 20+ engineers as a services or vendor partner to Microsoft Product teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate within Microsoft vendor engagement models including familiarity with vendor governance, compliance, and invoicing processes
- Strong capability to lead and motivate geographically distributed teams in India while collaborating closely with US time zone customer stakeholders
- Active Microsoft V- & BGC clearance Technical & Delivery Expertise Strong up-to-date understanding of modern technology delivery including:
- Microsoft Azure: deep knowledge of core services, architecture patterns, and cloud delivery best practices • Azure Dev Ops: hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, dashboards, and delivery reporting
