The role
This role needs someone who can appreciate the big picture, not just the current landscape. You will need to not only be hands-on but also explain to others your ideas and the design and integration of the solutions.
Your team working skills will be required to amplify your performance in this role. Good communication skills are mandatory. You should be adhering/contributing to given high-quality coding and other standards as defined in the group. The person must have the commitment to complete the solution with good analysing and innovative skills.
