Job Description

Join this large government body as a Technical Business Analyst take responsibility for formulating the requirements for several technical environments and other infrastructure/technical capabilities

Key activities

  • Gather requirements and convert them to technical requirements for implementation
  • Translate complex technical needs into clear, concise requirements
  • Work closely with Project Manager's and handle multiple tasks accordingly
  • Create and capture accurate and complete records of the business activities related to this position, in accordance with approved policy and procedures
  • Work with various stakeholders and vendors
  • Provide guidance and direction to the project team to ensure the Service Transition process is adhered to
  • Co-ordinate technical activities with multi vendors to achieve program outcome
