provide support and assistance to the Project Management Office within the Information Technology organization. This position will support technology
initiatives the PMO manages, identifying and delivering strategic business solutions that enhance overall Information Technology portfolio and maximize value to the agency. This resource will participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance; define portfolios of dependent services and technical needs; and develop business process models and draft the associated documentation. The Technical Business Analyst will be involved with projects that may vary in scope and size, from smaller short-term 'PMO Lite' type of projects such as software upgrades, to larger capital projects and programs that may span several years and have budgets frequently more than $1 million.
