Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of complex technical requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Design and execute comprehensive data migration and cutover strategies for core entities including billing, assets, and customer contacts.
• Define delta sync frameworks and exception handling workflows to maintain business continuity during high risk technical cutover windows.
• Develop data quality dashboards and automated remediation frameworks using SQL and Power BI to track and resolve defects across millions of records.
