Technical Architect – High-End Residential Refurbishment

We are seeking a Technical Architect (4–5 years post-Part 3) to join a leading design-led practice working on high-end, multi-unit residential refurbishment projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technically complex schemes involving full strip-out back to frame, façade retention, and extensive internal fit-out on large-scale residential developments.

The Role

You will take a key role in delivering and producing contract documentation RIBA Stages 4 onwards, producing detailed technical information and coordinating complex refurbishment projects through to construction.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver detailed design, technical packages and contract documentation
• Lead and support RIBA Stages 4
• Work on full strip-out / façade retention residential refurbishment schemes
