Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing strategic technical leadership, shaping engineering direction, governance frameworks, and risk management practices

  • Overseeing the performance, maintenance, and integrity of HVDC systems, including converter stations and cable infrastructure

  • Leading and developing a high-performing engineering function, ensuring effective delivery across operations, projects, and commercial interfaces

  • Ensuring compliance with UK and European regulatory standards while embedding a strong health, safety, and quality culture
