Job Duties Liaise with sales on new machine installations happening in future to raise jobs and collect all info about the job. Remain in communication with the customer, team leaders and techs about the details throughout the process of installation until sign-off. Assist to drive the progress until signed off. Coordinate the delivery of equipment to the customer in conjunction with the shipping department. Ensure that the CMMS system is continually updated with all relevant information. Check sign-off documents and communicate to relevant sales and financial personnel. Establish machine folder and populate with all relevant information. Add to FMS System. Update relevant details of critical spare parts onto scheduled maintenance and determine requirements from customer to be quoted.
