Job Description
- As part of Corporate Accounting, this position will serve as an expert and project lead on various U.S. GAAP and SEC technical accounting issues by timely researching complex transactions and new accounting guidance independently, assessing implications, documenting conclusions, communicating with the impacted businesses and corporate departments, training, and managing an implementation plan.
- This position is expected to routinely provide technical accounting guidance in various areas such as: contracts, revenue recognition, leases, derivatives, VIE assessments, impairment analysis, acquisitions, divestitures, and overall application of new and existing accounting standards.
