Role Purpose: To drive business growth by leveraging expertise and consultative sales skills to connect customer manufacturing challenges with Optek’s laser micromachining solutions, ensuring clear value alignment and successful adoption of specialized material processing services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:


+ Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in laser micromachining services across target markets throughout the US

+ Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships

+ Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering/production teams
