Position Responsibilities:

Author and deliver high-quality documentation and code samples for Amazon EC2 . Work with customer data, gather feedback, and use insights around content performance to drive continuous content improvements. Develop, negotiate, and drive content strategy in alignment with engineering product strategy. Dive deep and become an expert in your areas of ownership. Be the first customer - use subject-matter expertise to review planning and design documents to provide technical feedback on new features and workflows to improve the customer experience.
