Position Responsibilities:

Author and deliver high-quality documentation and code samples for a technical audience. Develop, negotiate, and drive content strategy in alignment with product strategy. Engage with customers, gather data and feedback, and report insights around content performance metrics. Develop scripts, sample code, and technical procedures that are easy to use. Help, hire and develop writers on the team. Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency in internal processes.
