Serve as the technical bridge between R&D and full-scale commercial manufacturing for a leading Biopharma site.

• Scale-Up: Lead the seamless transfer of process technology to large-scale production.
• Shop Floor: Provide real-time technical troubleshooting during live GMP batches.
• Optimization: Analyze production data to identify trends and improve yield.
• Monitoring: Spearhead engineering runs and process monitoring dashboards.

• Degree in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology.
• Strong knowledge of Upstream (Cell Culture) or Downstream (Purification) .
• Direct experience with Tech Transfer in a GMP facility.
