Job Description
- To assist the product engineer in terms of product family in achieving yield target; scrap cost target, debug accuracy target & lean projects eval.
- Support for PE evaluations, projects and analysis , BOM cost improvements evaluations (over temp), Test time reduction projects, Prime Yield improvement , Spec file verifications / qualifications (include Partest) and Support and confirm OBA failure and analysis. ROHS debug and failure analysis. Real Time debug – debug findings reports.
- Improvement in debug accuracy through training with PE buddy (RWK, NTF accuracy; retest reduction opportunities).
- Scrap Cost Monitoring by Product.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
