Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to drive the architecture, design, and execution of key projects within the LYKSTAGE platform. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the engineering team in delivering scalable, high-performance systems while ensuring robust design practices through detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical ownership of major platform initiatives in LYKSTAGE.
Work closely with engineering teams to create clear and detailed HLD and LLD documents.
Drive architectural decisions for building scalable and distributed backend systems.
