The primary objective of this role is to serve as a key contributor, offering architectural design governance and technical leadership, while developing and delivering tailored solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The focus is on supporting critical business functions and meeting project requirements. Operating within an established working model that involves collaboration with various business stakeholders, the Tech Lead for Email Automation, also known as SFMC Architect, is tasked with providing architectural design governance. The role includes active engagement with multiple stakeholders and offering essential technical oversight for initiatives related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The SFMC solution is currently operational in 35 markets, with an emphasis on continuous improvement through the addition of new capabilities aimed at enhancing marketing productivity and efficiency.
