Must-Haves

• 6+ years hands‑on Azure infrastructure experience (App Service, REST API, ASE v3, VNet, Event Hub)
• Network fundamentals (F5 load balancer, firewall rules, DNS, certificates, NSG configuration). If they know firewall rules and NSG configuration, that’s fine. F5 load balancer is trainable.
• Azure Databricks experience (Unity Catalog, UDF, cluster automation, Delta Lake) — Ideally as a Tech Lead
• Identity & Access Management knowledge (Azure AD/Entra ID, Managed Identities, Key Vault, RBAC)
